Access to this website and the use of the content and information on this site are limited solely to Suzuki Marine USA, LLC ("Suzuki"), its employees, vendors, dealers, dealer vendors, boat builders, and boat builder vendors.

This Website is not intended for minors or children under 18 years of age. Suzuki does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use this Website or cause your Personal Information to be submitted to the Website. All contents of this website apply to the continental U.S. market only. Suzuki uses best efforts to ensure that the contents of this site are current but assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of this information.

Suzuki may use the fees collected from dealers to customize and improve communications, marketing, or training at Suzuki's sole discretion and without prior notice or obligation.

Suzuki Connect user accounts that have not been accessed for 180 days or more are subject to review and possible deactivation. These accounts may be reactivated at any time and may be subject to additional review prior to and/or after reactivation. Please contact your dealership’s Suzuki Connect administrator for questions regarding reactivation.

California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Rights

Effective January 1, 2023, any third-party service provider, business, contractor, boat builder, or dealer engaged in business with Suzuki that involves disclosure of Personal Information of California residents must comply with the CCPA and provide the same level of privacy protection for the Personal Information as required by Suzuki. As defined by the CCPA, Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household.

By accessing this site and utilizing the information provided within, you agree that all Personal Information data and documents are to remain confidential and used only for the scope of the business purposes agreed to between yourself and Suzuki. Furthermore, by engaging in such business as outlined above with Suzuki, including but not limited to accessing this site, you certify that you understand the requirements of the CCPA, the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and any similar privacy laws with respect to Personal Information you obtain from Suzuki, and will comply with the requirements set forth by these regulations as they relate to California resident consumer information

Pursuant to the CCPA, as a third-party service provider, business, contractor, boat builder, or dealer, you agree you shall not sell, retain, use, or disclose California resident Personal Information received directly from Suzuki for any purpose other than for fulfilling your obligations as an authorized dealer or boat builder. You further agree you shall not retain, use, or disclose such Personal Information outside the direct business relationship between yourself and Suzuki.
